“If you’re ready to start a change, I’m ready to bring the latest science and health care techniques to get you living and performing better than before.”

— Rebecca Araki

how it works

1. Evaluation session

This includes a full physical therapy examination and treatment, as well as prescribed exercises to start you off on your rehab path. This is the most important visit where the diagnosis is established and a rehab plan of care is made. Location TBD between patient and therapist.

60-90 minutes, one on one.

2. Follow-Up session

This is for continued physical therapy, particularly if further testing is required (including video analysis), or there is a lot of manual therapy involved in your rehab. Also includes a progression of your home exercise program. Location TBD between patient and therapist.

60 minutes, one on one.

This option is for people who have finished physical therapy and need to build specific power and motor control for sport performance.  This is for the person that feels they need help to close the gap between rehab and playing their sport. The goal is to help your body feel “normal” again. Location TBD between patient and therapist.

60 minutes , one on one.

3. training & sports performance

What people are saying

  • Chris Hill

“I was prescribed a physical therapy regimen and went to a highly reputable center. There, by happenstance, I was introduced to Rebecca Araki. My goals initially were limited. I wanted to be able to hold my kids again and walk without pain. During my evaluation and therapeutic phases Rebecca coached me on how I could achieve those goals. Before I knew it I took off and realized that I had transitioned into a sports performance phase. I was running miles at a clip I hadn’t hit for a decade, deadlifting personal bests, etc. I lost 25 lbs. and dropped my body fat percentage by half.”

  • Erica Jacalone

“I came to Rebecca post ACL reconstruction. Rebecca's approach to rehabilitation incorporates education, therapy, and strength training. I was so impressed with her abilities and knowledge, and my recovery, that I continued to work with her to accomplish my fitness goals. I have lost 30 lbs since I began her fitness program and I am quite literally the fittest I have ever been. As a 100% healed patient, and extremely satisfied fitness client, I wouldn't work with anyone else. My experience with Rebecca has been life changing.”

  • Gwen Hourihan

“Rebecca makes me work harder and more importantly better. She forgives me when I am not at my best and works with me where I am. Rebecca always has that picture of me in great health and reminds me of that.”
