“It’s time to start a change - a journey with your body - and I’m honored to help you begin.”

— Rebecca Araki

the process…

1. Evaluation

This includes a full physical therapy examination and treatment, as well as prescribed exercises to start you off on your rehab path. This is the most important visit where the diagnosis is established and a rehab plan of care is made. Location TBD between patient and therapist.

60-90 minutes, one on one.

2. Follow-Up

This is for continued physical therapy, particularly if further testing is required (including video analysis), or there is a lot of manual therapy involved in your rehab. Also includes a progression of your home exercise program. Location TBD between patient and therapist.

60 minutes, one on one.

This option is for people who have finished physical therapy and need to build specific power and motor control for sport performance.  This is for the person that feels they need help to close the gap between rehab and playing their sport. The goal is to help your body feel “normal” again. Location TBD between patient and therapist.

60 minutes , one on one.

3. training & sports performance

What people are saying

  • Chris Hill

“I was prescribed a physical therapy regimen and went to a highly reputable center. There, by happenstance, I was introduced to Rebecca Araki. My goals initially were limited. I wanted to be able to hold my kids again and walk without pain. During my evaluation and therapeutic phases Rebecca coached me on how I could achieve those goals. Before I knew it I took off and realized that I had transitioned into a sports performance phase. I was running miles at a clip I hadn’t hit for a decade, deadlifting personal bests, etc. I lost 25 lbs. and dropped my body fat percentage by half.”

“I came to Rebecca post ACL reconstruction. Rebecca's approach to rehabilitation incorporates education, therapy, and strength training. I was so impressed with her abilities and knowledge, and my recovery, that I continued to work with her to accomplish my fitness goals. I have lost 30 lbs since I began her fitness program and I am quite literally the fittest I have ever been. As a 100% healed patient, and extremely satisfied fitness client, I wouldn't work with anyone else. My experience with Rebecca has been life changing.”

  • Dr. Matt Campbell

    Highly recommend Rebecca!

I have gone through recovery from multiple surgeries and been surrounded by medical professionals while working in health care, and she immediately stands out as one of the most professional, committed, and truly helpful clinicians I have encountered.  She guided me back to a place much better physically than I thought possible after a long recovery.  I am now back to running and physically active, much to the credit of her expertise!

  • Ashley Chiu

As a Broadway performer, I’ve worked extensively with many physical therapists throughout my career, and Rebecca stands out as one of the most knowledgeable and effective I’ve ever encountered. Her approach is incredibly precise—she has a keen eye for understanding muscle activation and a deep ability to pinpoint and target the root of my injuries.

Each week, she provided thoughtfully varied exercises that felt both intentional and holistic, supporting not just my recovery but my overall strength and long-term injury prevention. Beyond her expertise, Rebecca is simply a pleasure to work with—professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in her clients’ progress.

I can’t recommend her highly enough
